The Diamond has been a core wakesurfer since its conception 10 years ago. The Turbo was added to the name after we enhanced the Diamond tail shape with a more boxed out design giving the rider more volume under the rear foot.
The Diamond has been helping riders push their limits for the past 10 years. For years Phase Five couldn't think of a way to improve this proven shape. After some research and development Drew Danielo and the masterminds at Phase 5 introduce the all new Diamond Turbo Tail. The front 3/4 of the board remain untouched. But the last 1/4 of the board has some big changes. Phase Five boxed out the diamond tail to give the rider more leading edge in the water. This helps the diamond lock into the face of the wave. It also gives you more volume under your back foot, This means more acceleration without having to be super front foot heavy. Hand wrapped with Phase 5's Gatorskin the diamond gives you durability and spreadability with a fresh new look. The Diamond come equipped with 3 fins.

GatorSkin™ Carbon/Aramid Glass
GatorSkin Super Tuff Carbon/Aramid glass. The strongest material that Phase Five uses. Light weight & makes a very fast/stiff board for those de- manding the best performance.

3/4 Inch Core
More float, less responsive. Comes either Continuous or tapered.

V.R.T.™ - Vacuum Ripped Technology
Refined vacuum assisted hand lamination process with built in glass/bar stringers on bottom edge of board for extra strength and pop.

Continuous Core
Same thickness from nose to tail. Adds float on 3/4” boards. All 5/8” thick boards are continuous for best performance.

Polyester Resin
Polyester resin is the most widely used resin in the composite industry. It provides quality strength and durability.

Tri Fin Configuration
